Microneedling literally looks like a mini paint roller with teeny tiny needles that create punctures in the surfaces of the skin. This stimulates the repair process to regenerate the skin and create channels for products to be absorbed deeper into the skin. Some people may be more sensitive than others, most find the scratchy feeling quite enjoyable as they thrive off the feeling that the skin is being really stimulated to get the desired results. Other peoples skin may feel warm or feel a slight stinging sensation more towards the second application, which is completely normal.

The hair on your face is vellus hair which is fine, downy hair, this is different to the hair on your brows, legs or underarms which is terminal hair. Dermaplaning will not change the type of hair that grows on your face from vellus to terminal, therefore the hair on your face will grow back the same as before. The only time your hair may grow thicker, darker or longer is when stimulated by hormones (those crazy things that can be kick started and unbalanced by things like pregnancy or the menopause, not by a Dermaplaning Treatment).

HD Brow Sculpt is also known as Brow Lamination or Fluffy Brows, developed to create a fuller, more lifted brow and also to correct brows that are thinner, have areas where hair no longer grows or uneven brows. Please see more information our Brows Page.

I offer; Bikini Line (removing the hair visible around the bikini line), G-String (removing slightly more hair on the inside of the bikini line), Brazilian (leaving a strip of hair at the top and removing all the hair underneath) and Hollywood (removing all hair). Everyone’s pain thresholds are different, and some people can feel some areas of waxing more than others. We use Lycon Hot Wax for all sensitive areas (Face, Brows, Bikini and Underarm), we apply an oil to the skin to allow the wax to bond only to the hair and not pull on the skin ultimately reducing pain by up to 50% and minimising redness and irritation (this is a game changer!). For larger areas we use Lycon Strip Wax for a quick and efficient removal. Using wax blends of Aloe, Calendula and Chamomile to sooth, cool and comfort the skin.

I accept Bank Transfer or Cash Payments. I request, for Bank Transfer, that my payee details are set up on your online banking prior to your appointment and please bring exact amount, if you wish to pay by cash.

Of course, I understand on occasions you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, all I ask is for a minimum of 48hrs notice (as much notice as possible is massively appreciated) to Cancel or Reschedule to give me the opportunity to fill your appointment slot. Please ensure at all times COVID-19 Guidelines are followed.
